Aquatic Bodywork helps people with many different needs. Laura's clients have included children, adult women and men, and seniors. Conditions she has addressed range from ADHD and anorexia to restless leg syndrome, fybromyalgia, arthritis, anxiety, stress, and many more. Please call or email to find out more information.

M'IIlumino is a red building at the corner of 70th and Roosevelt in Seattle. Parking is on the street.  There are often spaces on Roosevelt just south of 70th.  Enter through bamboo gates on 70th St. Walk straight across to the far end of the courtyard, and come in to the office through the door facing the gates. I will meet you there.

 

Rates:

Cash or checks accepted at time of service:

  • 60 minute Aquatic Bodywork session:
    $115  (Allow 90 minutes total, including shower)
  • 90 minute Aquatic Bodywork session
    $165  (Allow 2 hours total, including shower)
  • Children and special circumstances:
    $90  (40 minute Aquatic Bodywork session, allow 1 hour total, including shower)
  • For insurance claims (excluding PIP) there is a $25 pool rental fee

To prepay by credit card, please choose your session below (session cost includes $5 processing fee)

  • 60 minute session = $120
  • 90 minute session = $170
  • Children & Seniors = $95

 

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are a great way to say thank you, Happy Birthday, or just to offer a family, friend or co-worker the opportunity to relax, restore balance, and relieve stress. Certificates are available for 60- or 90-minute sessions. Contact Laura to purchase a gift certificate for someone you care about.

 

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Less than 24 hours notice will incur a $60 no-show fee.

What to expect from an Aquatic Bodywork session:

Allow about an hour and a half for a 60-minute session (2 hours for a 90-minute session). That includes 1+ hours in the water, plus time to change and shower. Please bring a swimsuit, towel, and drinking water with you. You will need to shower before the session, at home or at M'Illumino (soap, shampoo and robes available). If you shower at home, please do not apply anything to your skin afterwards (lotion, deodorant, etc.).

Once in the water, you will be  fully supported. Your face will be out of the water, but ears will be submerged most of the time.  Earplugs are available, though  not necessary.
